Promote Authority Regent Mandate prevents YOU from joining factions.

Description​

Basically the title. The pop-up event points to a vassal who should have been banned from joining factions, but for some reason the ban is applied to the player instead.
Re-post, since the old post about this bug was not noticed at all.
Right now i actually run mods, but i don't believe they in any way affect this issue, and i don't have time to catch this bug in full vanilla game. Like, c'mon guys.

Steps to reproduce​

1. Run a game where your character have vassals (preferably being vassal yourself).
2. Set your regent mandate to "Promote authority"
3. Make sure you have factions against you.
4. Let regent do his/her stuff.
5. Eventually your regent forbid yourself from joining factions.
