Description​

Got notification where was pictured my vassal Duke Oberto III of Lombardy. Don't really remember what was written there but it says "YOU prevented from joining a faction" or something. I looked at my factions screen and noticed that pictured earlier duke still in faction. But now I can't join a faction. Either I am stoopid af, or my regent did something stoopid.

Steps to reproduce​

1. Get a faction against you
2. Set your regent mandate to "Promote Authority"
3. Wait until regent "forbid" someone from joining factions
4. Notice that now YOU can't join factions, even then all requirements are met.

1.9.x is the worst patch ever. I never remembered game so buggy. Like, every new feature is near useless only because of endless bugs. I should probably reconsider my behavior of buying DLC's right after their release.
