"Promote Christian Settlements" lost requirements and effects

Description​

Started the game before Legends of the Dead.
After updating the game i conquered the final county of Hungary to take the decision.

It then only said that i required to:
1.be of a christian faith that has the Ecumenism doctrin
2.control all of Hungary
3.be of a culture with magyar heritage

The cost are still the same, but there's no effects anymore.

Steps to reproduce​

I just updated the game from version 1.11.5 "Peacock" to current version 1.12.1 "Scythe".
