Description​

The Promote investment ability says that it's tradepower buff only applies to provinces in trade companies, this is not the case, it also gets applied to non-tradecompany provinces in the trade node

Steps to reproduce​

Get two provinces in a trade-companyable province, Add one to the trade company, enable Promote investment.
Inspect the trade power from both provinces and see that both get the 50% boost.
