As things stand there are effectively only 5 Chaos faiths that anyone can convert to: monogod Nurgle/Slaanesh/Tzeentch/Khorne and polytheist Chaos Undivided.
The Horned Rat and Hashut, though also Chaotic, are ethnic gods of the Skaven and the Chaos Dwarves respectively.

What I propose is adding 3 more Chaos faiths, which would be available to everyone:
1- Malal, representing the Renegade God and the self-destructive nature of Chaos, as it makes going after the other Chaos faiths its priority
2- Daemons of Chaos, to represent the various daemon cults/idolatry without necessarily needing to go directly to the Chaos God, such as the worship of Be'lakor the Dark Master, Azazel, Baalrûkh, as well as the many Everchosens of Chaos, whom they could treat as divine in their own right.
3- A Chaos Undivided heresy whom would see each of the Chaos Gods as nothing more than aspects of a singular, monotheist God of Chaos.

Chaos is a pretty diverse bunch with endless possibilities, such that you could go crazy with it; and the more options the player has, the better
