Having a problem with the country converter as well.
DOS window still open and states only:
Countries.txt (128kb) file created (which hangs if tried to open with the DOS window open).
Closed DOS window, countries.txt file balloons to 314,461kb file (possibly why it hangs when trying to open beforehand).

I could make a version without the need for semicolons, but that would remove the ability to have all the country names listed with their tags like:
ENG = { # England
But it really helps modding .

In regards to the province converter, beware that it can add a lot of empty province values (and a few PROV -1) to the province.txt which will crash when the game loads while checking provinces. If this occurs for you, delete all redundant entries AFTER the dummy province 1614 (on the vanilla map at anyrate) this will stop the game crashing.

Only remove redundant entries after last correct entry. If you use 2019 provinces (+ terra_incognita), you shouldn't have much to remove.Oh wait, is there any map not using 2019 provinces?
Where i can download province converter? On eu2ftg.com i have only country converter.
That was weird it was turned on as unauthorized, but I changed it back should be on there now .
I've added semicolons to each line in the original eu2 country.csv file. This is what I get when running country converter...
It creates only one file - country.txt and nothing else. Looking through that file it looks ok but it adds a tag called "electors =", I think it should be "elector =".
What am I doing wrong?

The lines should look like:
ABK;DarkBlue;Gray;orthodox;GRE;MIN;MIN;BYZ;8;3;4;8;4;6;4;10;0;Abkhazia;
And yes it was made for 1.0 and you are right about the "elector =". I might just update it and make two versions one with names after and one without so you guys don't need to add semi-colons.

What about the missing csv file? According to your first post it's supposed to generate one country.txt and one country.csv.
