Anyone know where I can find the code to the provinces(3 or 4 digit number). I think I had it, but I moved and the paper, must have been lost moving.

The map version of this seems to be broken. Anyone know a place where I can find it now?
Fortunately some time ago I made a copy of those maps, which seem to have disappeared from the net. So I have now uploaded them to the EU2 wiki, and made a page for them.

Right now there are no thumbnails, so the page above doesn't look like much. I think that thumbnails will get automatically created in the next day or so. If they aren't, I'll have to edit the article to fix it. Anyway, you can still click on the "Enlarge" button in the lower right of each blank image to get to the maps themselves.
