Province is struggling and rich at the same time

Hi! In my current game, I noticed that one of the provinces of my vassals is Struggling and Rich at the same time. Is this a typical bug or how should I react? (I'm playing CK 1.05 with no mods.)

It's a glitch, causes by two province wealth events firing at the same time: one that turned it from normal to struggling, and one from normal to rich. The next time he gets any province wealth event the situation will reset it self.
