I know that there was one in Königsberg, but it was destroyed by the Russians in 1945. The King of Prussia (the elector of Brandenburg) was crowned there until the fall of the HRE.
The royal palace in Königsberg was know for the "Bernsteinkammer".(Bernstensrummet)
