Some item won't rotate like the laundry machine or execution chair. Guards won't bring food to holding cells or solitary. New inmates just stand in one spot until they die. STILL no dormitories or bunkbeds. These are bugs. If you think of a way for me to fix it. I'VE ALREADY TRIED.

You have never been able to rotate laundry machines or the execution chair, some items are locked in the orientation. I know, It’s not aesthetically pleasing, but it still works, I intentionally build around these issues.
