This has happened twice, with two different characters on two different armour types. I select the piece of armour I wish to enchant (for example Plate Armour), using triangle, enchant.Then, instead of the Enchantment screen appearing, I get the Recipe (Crafting) one! This can only be rectified by quitting the game, turning the PS4 off and then re-starting. Not game breaking, just annoying...
