This is definitely a bug. I have almost all the dlc except for natural disasters and one radio station installed. Map is the islands, about 1.6k population. Nothing else is wrong besides this. This link is just to another paradox thread.

My tourist income isn’t being added to my actual income (HUD), sometimes it shows up on the economy page and sometimes it doesn’t, but it doesn’t get added to HUD regardless.
I hope whoever controls this type of stuff for the company sees this thread. I am able to repeat this problem no matter what. I have pics and explanations. It really screws the game up not being able to make any money from tourism and this issue started for me on a city of like 65k where my city flipped upside down. My HUD income was $1500 less than it should’ve been according to the income and expenses page of the economy. It ruined a whole city I had put a massive amount of time in and every city I build now has the same problem, where tourist money isn’t added.
