It's stuck. I can't scroll up or down, I can't switch traditions, I can't add in new ones, I can't hybridize my culture. You can do stuff in cultures with seemingly four or less traditions but the moment you hit five traditions and that scroll bar comes into play, congrats, that's all you get for the rest of your game. When we've been waiting a good minute for cultural traditions and it drops broken, it's extremely frustrating to say the least, especially as hybrid cultures was the part of the dlc I was looking forward to the most. I just turned off the game and went to watch TV. Please fix.

Alright I've made a mistake I think. Somehow royal court wasn't downloaded as well, when downloaded the traditions menu functions properly again. I'm not sure if it's still a problem that one aspect of the downloadable content loses functionality without the other. A friend told me what was wrong and he was right it works now. If it's a misenterpretation on my end I'd like to apologize.Thank you for reporting! I will forward this on to the devs
You have to download royal court separately, I had the dlc set to download automatically but it only downloaded the one and not royal court. If you download royal court it fixes the issue.
Well, DLC or not, this is the case in the original game. This new tab is there, but it can't be scrolled. And it should work in either case if it is there at all.
