I’m playing on the most recent version for PS5, and I have all of the available DLCs except Aquatics and Nemesis. For some reason my enslaved pops that I recently set to indentured servitude won’t take any specialist jobs at all. I know there are certain jobs they can’t take, but I have a bunch of them unemployed in planets with open Bureaucrat, Researcher, and Metallurgist jobs. I’ve tried deprioritizing worker jobs and just waiting, but not a single one will take a specialist job. The unemployed pop in the picture is set to indentured servitude.
