PS5 stuck on repair building for turbine

I have plenty of material for repair and 20-30 carriers and the martian turbine never gets repaired
any ideas?

Don’t set them up to repair automatically. When they show they need repair take them down and replace them with new ones, or avoid them and use solar and a ton of battery banks for night time.
