PSPLUS PROBLEM

I can't add Surviving the Aftermath to my extra psplus library. The game continues to appear with a price without the option to add, even though it was included in the games available for January. I have a PS5 and I am in Argentina. I saw several posts on Twitter and Instagram with the same problem from different countries in Latin America and the US. Playstation doesn't even respond to technical service.

Can you answer what the reason is? Is the license not available for these countries? Why did they include it in the catalogue? And how are they going to solve it or for the región?

There I show you a screenshot of the Playstation app. The game is in the list but it won't let me add it. Where it should say "add to library" is the purchase price.
