Public Beta 10/17: graphic bug for event 5411 ?

Public Beta 10:17 bug

It looks like the graphic statement for the province_power event "nobles express need for more power" is missing/broken. The event is 5411 it just has a black text box.

Event 5406 also has the same problem. Both events have-

picture = "event_apparition"

Most likely since the same problem appeared in another thread you should just replace the line with-

picture = "event_appearance"
