Whilst browsing steam forums I came across a question about whether or not it was possible to download a pack rather than individually...it's not rocket science, but its not something that occurred to me to try either, so I did.
It worked, so you can indeed publish a pack, although the in-game menu will still show all the content individually, they will be linked to the same WS page and subscribing / unsubscribing from one item will remove them all.
I'm not sure if its recommended but for a few things which belong in a set it may be handy... tree's perhaps come to mind.
Some things are best left in collections though.
Just thought I would post it here.
- I copied all the assets I wanted from my %appdata%....blahblah folder
- Choose the first one in-game and chose publish, followed by the little folder icon.
- I then copied all the desired .crp files into the content folder and published.
