What happens when a human is puppeted by another human? IS considered a defeat & thus kicked out of the game or is his Alliance & gov just changed?

Nah, me and a Germany did this last night. It was 1937, and USA was being quite annoying, so we figured we'd gang beat him. Germ DoW'd me, then a week later offered peace and I became his Puppet. Then another week, and Glorious Liberation. We were in the same alliance and such, (SU and Germany) but both were still free Countries. A convient and smart way to get around the locked alliance system.
