Is it possible to change the display option in Victoria to 1920 x 1080? And how might this be done?

Greschanger works. It may take a wee while to figure out what to do, and the resolution that I'm using (1600x900) is lower than what I wanted (1920x1080) but it can be done. I haven't played it too long with these settings, but so far, they seem to be working fine.
