Q: Turn limit set in MP game ---

as we are far away from a decision , but the game will end in 20 turns ...
that will be frustrating for us !

Will there be a possibility to continue, like a play on button ?

Or could it be changed somewhere with a command ...

or no way and that's it, because if it is that , we would rather start new, than to continue that game !

I don't think there is a way to continue after that time limit.

There is a setting on map setup where the turn limit can be disabled entirely, but I don't think you can disable it after starting.
