Q3 2014 ACAs for Hearts of Iron III

We have arrived, once again, at the end of a quarter, which means it's time for the ACAs! All HOI III AARs which have been updated at least once between July 1 and September 31 are eligible. You may cast your ballot for up to four AARs. Please provide me with a name, an author, and a link to the AAR (if one has not yet been provided). Voting will close on 4 November at 10 PM CDT (-5 GMT).

AuthAARs, please feel free to advertise the ACAs in your signature and, indeed, even in your AARs. All I ask is that if you have multiple AARs, you advertise in only one of them. The more people that vote, the better for everyone!

I would just like to throw in that Reconstrucción del antiguo Virreinato del Río de la Plata (an Argentinian HPP mod AAR) by guillec87 has been a very entertaining AAR as well.

On principal I can't support the evil secular Turkey that is Ne mutlu Türküm diyene - The rise of the Ataturk by HMS Sophia ....but it's great too.

And I'm still incredibly saddened by the tragic loss we all suffered when Callanquinn's most glorious and collectivized Adventures in Communism departed us.

It's me again, to announce the winners for the HOI3 ACAs in Q3!

We have a unique situation here in HOI3 AARland: since only three AARs received more than one vote, there is a technically a six way tie for third place. If you got nominated, you won, which is a pretty good return on your voting investment.

Our two second place winners are HMS Sophia's Ne mutlu Türküm diyene - The rise of the Ataturk and Reconstrucción del antiguo Virreinato del Río de la Plata by guillec87. These AARs each earned three votes.

In first place, however, with as many as votes as the other AARs combined, we have DarthShiznit's multiplayer AAR, Empires beneath the Sands which earned 12 votes.

In what may be a first for HOI3, neither the first or second place winners have anything to do with Germany!
