Greatly lowers the difficulty but less painful, like Arabian coffee but a bit more needed.
Although a more unconventional reference to black sheep could be amusing too, like having Austria with your ruling dynasty or something.

And two related suggestions:
Baa Baa White wool makes better cloth
As Ak Koyunlu, get the trading in cloth (if it is called like that in the English localization) bonus.
Hee hee Hungry Horse (I don't know what a horse exactly says in English, but this is what he says in the Dutch pronouncation, which is probably better)
Form Hannover and have the trading in Grain bonus.
