With the Domination DLC the qing mission tree has been divided en three parts but when I forn Qing starting as Jianzhou the second part of the mission tree seems to dissapear and i dont know why. I own all 20 DLCs and no matter what i do the missiontree just isnt there just like in the image bellow

Please help

The second part of the mission tree is only available if you are the emperor of china. If you form Qing while there is no emperor of china(e.g. because you play without the mandate of heaven DLC or because the previous emperor was fully annexed), you don't get these missions. But because eu4 doesn't support dynamically positioning of missions, it can't move the other missions up and you get an empty block in the middle.

So basically if you don claim the mandate of heaven you cant acces that part of the mission tree

These are the missions for the emperor of china. Having access to that part of the tree won't give you much if you are not the emperor of china, because most of them require being the emperor in some way(e.g. to pass specific reforms or to have mandate) or deal with the eunuchs which also require being emperor of china and some of them give rewards like meritocracy or impact decrees.
