Hey I'm playing my first multiplayer game as Poland and we started the game fresh off the heels of this new patch. I've noticed they've made a lot of changes to ideas and policies, and they've honestly taken a pretty big dump on my original plans (aka 20% cavalry policy was nerfed to 10% and seems no longer worth it). So I'm looking for what I should do instead. I know Quantity was already a good choice, but with the new merc changes would it be fair to say that it's even stronger then before?
Having already taken aristocratic, would quality end up being the superior choice for just pumping out more winged hussars rather then taking another military idea to increase their quality?
