I had this happen a few times now. Random quests somehow incorporate quests i did previously and then the outcomes make no sense. For example i had a quest where a troll guarded a portal, so i killed him. But then the next questwas about a tomb i found and a mummy. But then the options had the nomral mummy outcomes, but also had the previous effects from the troll quest. Next time i will make a screenshot, it will show it very clearly.
