Question about command = { type = war

Small and stupid question, but: what happens when a country aaa gets an event which causes it to declare war (with the aforementioned command) against country bbb with which the country aaa has a peace treaty? What I'm asking about is the -5 stabhit for breaking the truce - does it happen here or not?

i can not say for AI-countries but as player i always get stabhits through such events.

Yes, stabhit is the same as the in-game effect. But be aware war command doesn't always work. See here.
