So I'm working on a missionary mod in anticipation of landless being playable with RtP. I am just curious, will is_landed be valid for 'landless' players? Or will landless adventurers/nobles still technically be 'landed' by the game's files, so we'll need to use government_has_flag instead?

1)
is_landed = no

2)
government_has_flag = government_is_landless_noble # For landless admin gov nobles
government_has_flag = government_is_landless_adventurer # For adventurers

is_landed and is_ruler have always been two separate things. Heck, there's even is_landless_ruler, so there's nothing you have to worry about.
(Currently, many heads of faiths are landless rulers)
