I've been reading up on Blender - gawd - and I have an idea, but I have no idea if it's possible or how to go about it if it is. Any direct help, or push toward further reading, would be most welcome.
So, I'd like to make an English style house, a bungalow. I'd like it to be randomly growable as low residential, and I think that's fine from what I understand.
I'd like it to be basic a level 1: just the house, no garden walls or fences.
Level 2: Front garden walled off, and those 6ft fences built around the back garden.
Level 3: An apple tree is planted in the back, and a garden shed is built! This game needs garden sheds.
Level 4: A garage appears, and the apple tree has grown. Kids toys may appear too.
Level 5: Maybe a kitchen extension.
So, you get the idea. Is it possible to force/restrict the progression of models for a growable building in this way? Not many would notice this kind of detail, but I would and would like to contribute it in my small way.
Cheers for reading and maybe even helping.
