Hey I just finished the civil war and I choose "Linconite" Reconsturction, now I have no "liberal party" both the democrats and republicans are conservative, did I choose the wrong type of reconstruction.


(2) Also I have a TON of reactionaries, I need to have voting rights by wealth only, otherwise with universal suffrage the Reactionary party will take office. What can I do to reduce the number of reactionaries?

(3) How can I direct my immigration, I'm only getting immigrants in California, nowhere else.

Both Dems and Repubs are conservative, it was done to nerf immigration, so don't worry about it.

The reactionaries will calm down in a few years, just ride that out and you will be fine.

Interesting that is silents the liberal party; is that only if you win the civil war? Is it maybe better to not completely take the south in the civil war, that way the (liberal) republican party stays around?

There is a Liberal party you can get if you wait to finish the south off for a few years. Union party I think.
