Question re Ming in 1.35: how do you actually remove Administrative Overextension?

So in 1.35 I'm playing as Ming and my entire country has a minimum autonomy of 25.

I can find no data anywhere on how to end this ?

Check your decisions tab - also some missions reduce it. Can also be reduced via decrees as the Emperor of China or even Eunuch privileges.
