You are using a mac aren't you? This is a bug with macs and the Baratheon brothers history files. There is no fix only a temporary work around which is when you try and play and scenario after Robert's Rebellion then you need to click on the bookmark then back out to the main menu then finally go back to the bookmark and load in.
