I was considering making a YouTube channel with the hope of becoming a partner. I would like to partly do video game commentary, and if my videos were to monetize I would not want to be get into any copyright issues. My question being, am I allowed to use the game Magicka for this? If so are there any specific disclaimer or rules I must abide to in order to do this?
