Question (Submod idea)

I would love to play a scenario where the Regions (Kingdoms/Lords Paramouncies) are not contitued. I have tried to destroy those titles so every High Lord becomes Indi, thus starting a really chaotic Westerosi Scenario. But I would really love a sub mod that allows to play as the Petty Kings before the Great houses too over. Is there anything of the like being developed by anyone?

Maybe Andal Invasion would be cool.
