Uhm, yes. Before I get EU2, I'm wondering: for me, with Paradox games, while they -are- good, mods make them so much better, and I thank Paradox greatly for makin' their games so bloody easy to mod. Now, my question is: Is there a mod in EU2 that is the equivalent of SMEP of VIP?

I have no idea what SMEP is, but as for VIP I think AGC-EEP is a good equivalent for EU2.

WATKABAOI is something I really want to try, cause, regular AOI was so much fun, at least the graphical changes. Yes AGCEEP is good, so are the "mod" scenarios, there are some good ones that have been put out.
