The game sold very poorly (apparently), so I hardly think there will be a boxed version.
I did a search on Amazon and eBay and it yielded no results, so I think that if it hasn't been released yet it won't be anymore.

There was only a brief time that Paradox was considering a boxed version, and I guess that part of the FAQ was written during that period. I'll edit it.
