Just a quick question on where one would go to change some province values for the 1066 scenario mainly, but just any scenario. I would also like a short explination of what values mean what in that file. (whatever one it is) I found some values half way through a game in russia which has some screwy income values, wanted to fix them.

Ok disreguard the above got that done. Now I've got another question, the Byzantine Crown has those nice little bonuses to the number of provinces they can have. Where is that information and how do you edit that for other crowns?

I think that's hard-coded (so not editable).
