When cloning a room onto already-existing foundation (e.g. repeating a single cell within a cell block), the game automatically purchases foundation to go with it. The builders even end up "building" it.

This means that the "estimated" price of the cloning, does not represent the price that it actually costs. Cloning a room within already-existing buildings, should not cost more than just the items/objects within the cloned areaa. When walls / foundation / flooring are already present, they should not be built but instead skipped. Only buying/placing the items/etc. that are missing.

(This has been the casea for quite a while, but haven't gotten around to reporting it just yet.)
