Quick Mod Question

I vaguely remember seeing a youtube vid somewhere that casually mentioned limiting certain vehicles to a building or perhaps it was a road I don't quite recall, nor do I remember the mod name. If anyone knows could you please let me know.

I was thinking so too, but I swear I remember seeing a vid of someone limiting vehicles for certain buildings. The reason I'm looking for this is I'm wanting to create different logistics areas i.e. DHL FedEx, and have the airplanes taxi to the DHL/Fed Ex terminal, then take their own trucks to distribution centers etc.
