Quick question: it's possibile to mod Inward Perfection to do Plunder war?

I've done some personal modification to Barbaric Despoilers, to improve them. I played and enjoyed them. Now I wonder if I can mod BD and Inward Perfection to run both, because I think that BD complements very well IP. Both don't seek territorial gain, both can enslave aliens, both either are hated from other empires (BD) or just don't care of them (IP) et cetera. For now, I've only removed some ethic limits in BD, so that can be choosen even if pacifist (but not fanatical ones). But I'm worried for Plunder war goal: can a pacifist (not fanatical) choose that wargoal (if he can take BD, off course)? Or there are other files that I need to change (not in war goal, I suppose, because I've already checked)?

You might take a look at cb_despoliation in common/casus_belli/. It requires just the Barbaric Despoilers civic, so I think it will work.
Maybe you'll would want to modify war_philosophy policy, but I don't think you need to.
