I don't know about quick load, but Ctrl+S performs a quick save.
The menu itself doesn't have a "Quick Load" option so I'm guessing there isn't one.

I actually wrote about trying Ctrl+L in my previous reply but when I saw there wasn't even a Quick Load menu option I figured it proved with high probability that there is no such key so I just went with that.
You know, even if they add it, I think that right now it's gonna be problematic since every time I load anything it says I have unsaved changes and asks me if I want to save first, even when I really don't have any such changes.
