La deuxième fois, Philippe V de Macédoine... On peut pas dire qu'il soit un vainqueur, mais il avait tout de même pas mal de circonstances atténuantes, le pauvre...

Je crois que le "y" n'existait pas encore, à l'époque, alors ça expliquerait le "u". Hé oui, il faut que Sylla fasse le test, juste pour voir!

C'est pas qu'il n'existait pas (enfin pas vraiment), c'est qu'il se prononçait "u" (et quand je dis "u", c'est "u", pas "ou") un son qui n'est pas utilisé en latin normalement, c'est une lettre qu'on utilisait pour écrire un son étranger, un son utilisé en grec notamment...
Pourquoi cette lettre est passé à la postérité comme le "i" grec, me dépasse par contre...o

Un très bon résultat
Plus sérieusement, c'était un dirigeant chevaleresque aimé de ses hommes et un grand chef de guerre de l'avis de tous ses contemporains et des historiens antiques.
Par contre il était un très mauvais politique et diplomate (ce coté "chevaleresque" qui lui a valu des éloges, l'a sans doute desservi à ce niveau là) et il a toujours manqué des ressources suffisantes pour satisfaire ses ambitions (surtout contre Rome).
Il ne savait pas se tenir à un projet non plus (ou se disait toujours que finalement ça serait peut être plus simple d'établir une base ailleurs et en fait... Non... lol)
