Is there any way to when playing as Ned reveal the information to Jon manually (like decision or something) and then press his claims?
Want to know for playthroughs where Robert inevitably drinks himself to death and Joff takes over.

Also R+L=J events still seem to be a little messy, for example Jon's parentage in his character page/family tree doesn't change after the events fire.
It only changes once he reveals it to the world
As for your initial question no but that could be a good idea however you have to remember that Ned does not actually know Joffrey is not a Baratheon for most of Joffrey's life also it is quite out of Ned's character to do so

Yeah I could see a restriction "Joffery parentage revealed/suspected" or "Does not have trait Just/Honorable" (so that if the player has lost that trait on him they can go forward)

How?.. The names of R and L aren't mentioned, unless you're saying you didn't know Joffrey wasn't a Baratheon

You mean he isn't?! Damn, you've spoiled the entire series for me now :(

:p

It is not spoiler anymore because it has happened in the tv series.
I wouldn't assume everyone has watched all the tv series. Some may still be catching up, some may be book readers only. So please do give warning when potentially spoiling major plot points.

But then this is not a spoiler from a book reader perspective, but more like a theory.
