I am having an issue with my laptop using windows vista. I have been playing the original Europa Universalis on my laptop for the last 2 years with no major issue. I just bought the Europa Universalis Gold yesterday. Since this is not an expansion, I deleted the game and tried a fresh install of EU: Gold. I received the following error after the succesfull install. I checked the various crash thread on the troubleshoot page and am still getting the same error. Sop I tried the same on my pc using windows XP and I get the same error. I checked for viruses and malware and found an atlas (meaning nothing big) and it doesnt work on that pc either.
