Additional Information​

Never get a crash log, (no Crash folder at all), no code mods, only have region packs and custom maps. Crashed happen on saves with either default or custom maps. Restart my PC to reduce chances of crashing, if I do not restart crashing becomes more frequent. I've updated/reinstalled graphics drivers. Did a clean reinstall of the game(cleared out the cities skylines 2 foldet from %appdata%, try Steam file validation. It might go a week without crashes, eventually it happens again. no BSOD, did a Windows reinstall anyway. Crashes still occur randomly.

do you use "extended tooltips" mod perchance? the animation transition warnings are similar to an issue Cities Skylines Official cited in another post-there is a bug with some of the CSS structure in the game, but it manifests itself more often with mods like "extended tooltips"
Cities Skylines Official stated they are working with Coherent Labs on a permafix, but in the meantime unsub from extended tooltips (if you have it)
I could be wrong on this and it could just be a mod causing this issue
If you don't, can you try to list your active mods/assets and any DLC you have?

Only active "mods" are some custom maps/saves, and the Region Packs, no code mods
