I made a scenario with U00, adding all provinces leaders and monarchs. Only no descriptions or random events. But I dont care about those. I want to get leadernames to smaller armies. Right now it only says Ugric Kingdom as a leader name. Altho I have added 7 U00 tag leadernames to randomleaders.csv both under db and leaders folder.

Everything else is working properly, I just cant see randomleaders. Whats wrong?

Only file in leaders folder is relevant. Could you post the 7 entries? Maybe something is wrong with syntax or length (31 characters max).

And where did you add them? At the end of the file or in the middle? Are you sure there is a CR + LF (windows standard) at the end of each line?

Go back to original EU2 file and try to add them at the beginning. CR (carriage return) and LF (line feed) are the two mandatory invisible characters to correctly end a line in windows format. Some text editors like Notepad++ can show them. Which one do you use?
