Ransom numbers reporting incorrectly

Description​

I have the dynasty legacy "Practiced Kidnappers," which gives me 50% extra gold upon ransom. However, the notification always only informs me about the normal ransom number without the extra 50%, although the actual pop-up shows the correct figure.

The legacy also gives me prestige for ransoms, but that doesn't appear in notifications at all.

Steps to reproduce​

1. Grab the Practiced Kidnappers dynasty legacy
2. Get someone as prisoner.
3. Check notifications and compare with the ransom popup
