Hi

My problem is i installed EIC and something happened not sure what it was but i couldn't play the game so i tried uninstalling the game which also failed, i tried to reinstall EIC but i can't install it i type the activation code in but the only buttons highlighted are the cancel and back tabs the next tab doesn't highlight. I have run search and the tags i put in was east india company which i deleted all resaults found but still i can't install the game.

I have checked my activation code 3 times and had someone else check it for me but its alway's come back as fine so i'm not misstyping it.

Just in case you need this information my specs are.

CPU: Intel Pentium 4, 2.5 Ghz
Memory: DDR1, 2.5 GB's
Hard Drive: 160 GB's
Video Card: 7600gs Pro 512 MB's
Operating System: Windows XP Pro with service pack 3

I have a problem with the activation of EIC. While installing the game I had no internet connection and so activation did not succeed. Then I tried to start the game, after having activated Internet connection. Activation window appeared and I did insert my email address and the activation code written on the handbook. Still activation does not work .

Hi Roy,
your problem seems to be that you are not typing your e-mail correctly. The next-button becomes available only when the e-mail address is of valid form (for example name@domain.com)
It also must be exactly the same e-mail that you used on first installation.
