Summary

Rebel Countries do not start with Conscription, Trade, or economy Laws

Platform

Steam

Operating System

MacOS

Game Version

1.16.8.38f9 [61fe]

Enabled DLC

  • Man the Guns

Do you have mods enabled?

Description

Rebelling Country tags - such as Nationalist Spain or the Polish Peasant Revolt - do not gain Conscription, Trade, or Economy laws upon rebelling, leaving them without the effects of any of these laws until/unless the country adds them (at the cost of political power).
This does not apply to countries released manually, either freed or as puppets.

Steps to Reproduce

1) Start the game
2) Wait for any scripted civil war to occur
3) Observe that the rebelling tag does not possess conscription, trade, or economy laws.

Are you playing on a save from the previous/older version of the game

No
