2 possible bugs.
1) A country at civil war, at the same time the country is at war with another country. If the enemy country has managed to capture province(s) from either rebel or loaylists, no matter where they are close to the other faction or not, if the civil war ends, the provinces under the other country's occupation automaticaly change owner to the country that was (and still is) at war with.
2)If I siege and capture a province of either side of a civil war (as I am another country at war with one of the civil war factions) then if the captured province borders one of the other factions of the two of the civil war, it will automaticaly turn to the other faction instead of me that captured it.
I don't remember seeing the 1) before the 1.2 patch, but the 2) was there before the 1.2 patch and I was under the impression it was fixed.
